Product Description

This is a mesenchymal stem cell culture solution, this medium does not contain animal serum; antibiotic, antifungal supplement suitable for primary culture; doubles the substance that helps cells adhesion better to the surface of device.

Usages

Primary culture of mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue or bone marrow tissue for research or production. The medium has been assessed for high proliferation efficiency for mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue and bone marrow tissue.

It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

Sterility

 

Bacterial and Fungal Contamination: No growth must be observed.

Mycoplasma: Results must be negative.

Endotoxin: Samples are tested for endotoxin contamination with LAL test.

Specification: Results must show a concentration of ≤ 0.25 EU/ml.
