Product Description

DEATACHMENT were developed for dissociating attachment-dependent cell lines in both serum-containing and serum-free conditions, and can be directly substituted for trypsin/EDTA without protocol changes. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

Usages

Separate adhering cells from feeding surface. The solution evaluated on mesenchymal stem cells, fibroblasts, keratinocytes, neural stem cells, MCF-7 and HepG2 cancer cells that showed good effect of separating adhesion cells into single cell.

The products are for in vitro use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

Store the DEATACHMENT at 2-37⁰C.

 

Sterility

Bacterial and Fungal Contamination: No growth must be observed.

Mycoplasma: Results must be negative.

Endotoxin: Samples are tested for endotoxin contamination with LAL test.

Specification: Results must show a concentration of ≤ 25 EU/ml.
