Product Description
CRYOSAVE III were developed for the cryopreservation of stem cells and a wide variety of cell types and established cell lines. CRYOSAVE III is manufactured according to GMP-WHO guidelines with a proprietary formulation. It is animal protein and DMSO free medium. All ingredients meet USP standards. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.
The products are for in vitro use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Store the CRYOSAVE III at 2-8℃ and protected from light until ready to use.
Usages
Cryosave III is well suited for the production of off-the-shelf stem cell medicine. The product has been assessed for its effectiveness in cryopreservation – of mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue and human umbilical cord – for good cryopreservation efficiency with a high percentage of viable cells after defrosting.

Sterility
Bacterial and Fungal Contamination: No growth must be observed.
Mycoplasma: Results must be negative.
Endotoxin: Samples are tested for endotoxin contamination with LAL test.
Specification: Results must show a concentration of ≤ 0.25 EU/ml.
