Product Description
CRYOSAVE II were developed for the cryopreservation of stem cells and a wide variety of cell types and established cell lines. CRYOSAVE II is manufactured according to GMP-WHO guidelines with a proprietary formulation containing 5% DMSO and others. It is animal protein free medium. All ingredients meet U.S.P standards. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.
The products are for in vitro use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Store the CRYOSAVE II at 2-8℃ and protected from light until ready to use.
Usages
Cryosave II is suitable for the production of stem cell medicine as off-the-shelf. The product has been evaluated on mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue, bone marrow,root canal and umbilical cord for good cryopreservation effect with high survival rate.

Sterility
Bacterial and Fungal Contamination: No growth must be observed.
Mycoplasma: Results must be negative.
Endotoxin: Samples are tested for endotoxin contamination with LAL test.
Specification: Results must show a concentration of ≤ 0.25 EU/ml.
